The 3rd International Wine Industry Forum will be held on August 29th, 2007 in the city of Mendoza, Argentina. Already highlighted on the calendars of the industry executives, once again we will have the opportunity to share strategies and discuss policies with the intention to improve long term decisions for members of the trade as well as community leaders in general. Bodegas de Argentina –the most important enterprise within the sector –as organizer –and Area del Vino –as producer of the event –have posed the issue of “Growth Management” as central topic of this third edition. It is a thematic continuity of previous meetings; during the first one, the challenge it meant for our country to export wine was discussed and in the second, we proceed on wine styles, the changes in the markets and the trends for the next 10 years. Based of what we learned, for this edition we propose to scan the requirements for accessing markets in a highly competitive world and what are the keys to manage the expected growth for the next years. With these criteria in mind, the panels were organized according to the following matters
For each topic we have look for –as we did for the earlier editions –the best specialists: academic and researchers as well as business executives, who will contribute with their knowledge according to very specific demands expressed by previous audiences. We expect for this event, close to 900 participants at the Palmares Bureau, among businessmen, winemakers, suppliers, journalists, government officials, academics and students. In addition, we anticipate counting with the support of more than 40 sponsors. We are waiting for you. |
